MoDrive functions strictly as a client interface bridging connections to standard Telegram API layers. MoDrive does not configure, administer, operate, or maintain any databases hosting user-uploaded media files. Consequently, MoDrive has no ability to delete or modify data structures on Telegram's core clusters.

DMCA Take-down Notices

All file payloads are saved directly on Telegram servers. If you are a copyright owner seeking a file takedown, requests must be submitted directly to Telegram Messenger Inc. under DMCA guidelines.

Link Registry Banning

While we cannot delete files from Telegram's nodes, we maintain a link catalog mapping shared files. Upon receiving a valid copyright infringement notice, MoDrive will immediately remove and ban the corresponding reference from our URL registry (`/api/admin/delete-link`), rendering public download links inactive.
